From the time you first call us to any after-sales support queries, you’ll find us helpful and efficient. You can speak directly to your key contact, so you can be sure of getting fast answers from someone who knows your particular set-up and systems. If you need hands-on help, we’ll call on the nearest approved engineer from our national network.


Service plans

To keep your systems performing at their peak, choose from a 1, 3 or 5 year service plan. The great value plans cover:

  • Any routine maintenance/cleaning tasks
  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Emergency repairs

We design these plans to suit your needs, and we’re happy to maintain other makes of equipment alongside our own.



We’re so confident in our products that we offer a two-year parts only warranty when you take out our service plan. Extended warranties are also available.


Value for money

Other company’s service offerings might look cheaper on a per call basis – but you’ll need us less. All our equipment is designed to be long-lasting and durable, with the maximum possible time between required visits. And if you do need to call us out in an emergency, we’ll resolve the problem quickly and make sure air problems don’t put your kitchen operation at risk.
