Plasma Clean Air Filters Plasma Clean supply an extremely versatile range of air filters, offering fast lead times and competitive prices.      Disposable Filter Panels      We supply an extensive range of disposable filter panels including Glass-fibre, Synthetic and       Pleated Synthetic products. Manufactured from the highest quality air filtration materials and        bonded into water resistant rigid card frames, Plasma Clean's Disposable Filter      Panels combine the highest quality materials and performance, at a competitive price.      Disposable Filter Panels are available in efficiencies of G2 to G4 in the pre-filtration range, and      F6 to F8 in the secondary filter range (EN779:2002). Bag Filters Each Plasma Clean Bag Filter employs state-of-the-art technology, combining ultra-sonic s ealed pockets, aerodynamic air entry and internal wedge spacers. The "Superflow" series (multi-layer synthetic media) is characterised by the extra long service life. There are 6 efficiencies available, ranging from G4-F9 to EN779:2002. A bespoke manufacturing  service is available to meet the requirements of virtually any installation.  All bags are flame retardant to DIN 53438 part F1.           Grease Filters           Plasma Clean supply an extensive range of products specifically designed for the catering           industry. These include Stainless Steel Baffle and Galvanised Metal Mesh Grease Filters           in a wide range of sizes.           In addition, a range of accessories such as cleaning agents, cleaning tanks and holding cases,           complete with drip trays are also available.       Hepa Filters       We supply both conventional and extended surface Hepa Filters, manufactured for use with high       flow rates at low initial resistance.       The Hepa Filters range includes products from all industries for the use in clean rooms,       work benches, personal protection systems etc, with products having efficiencies from H10       to U15 (EN1822).
